  • You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

h5bj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where h5bj has reason to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes. In such cases, h5bj will follow its internal investigation process before taking permanent action, except where immediate action is required to prevent further harm to the platform or other players.

Bonus Terms, Wagering Requirements, and Promotional Rules

h5bj may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the time it is made available. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

  • Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real cash.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h5bj platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the h5bj platform or its content. h5bj does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or connectivity issues beyond h5bj's reasonable control may temporarily affect access. h5bj will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable following any unplanned interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits h5bj's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by h5bj's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are drafted and published in the English language. h5bj operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market. Any provision of these Terms found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of h5bj to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
